If you do business with us in Italy, this sale means that your Italian services will be managed by Archivi Italiani SpA with immediate effect. We have selected a buyer who is committed to the Italian market over the long-term. The purchaser has the experience and capability to meet the needs of the market and already own FDM, a leading Records Management provider in Italy. We do not expect any disruption to your service and it is our priority to ensure a smooth transition of systems and customer data.
